Kurt has tried cases against counties, Texas state agencies and the State of Texas, asserting claims for breach of contract, civil rights violations, whistleblower claims, and wrongful conviction claims.  He also has represented clients in license suspension and revocation proceedings before many Texas state agencies, including the agencies that license and discipline attorneys, peace officers, architects, funeral home directors and mental health counselors.
