Kurt’s work in trademark and copyright infringement cases includes representation of an international hotel chain in the prosecution of multiple trademark infringement claims filed against companies violating our client’s service marks, and representation of an author in the prosecution of copyright infringement claims against a national retailer that plagiarized portions of our client’s book and then used them in the retailer’s marketing literature.
